Professional Development Program

PDP is a rotational assignment program designed for fresh university graduates.

It allows PDPs to experience different organizational areas, maximize their potential, demonstrate their accelerated technical/business competence and productivity and identify the best organizational fit for their first permanent assignment.

Through challenging assignments, training, and career development, Marafiq aims to build tomorrow's leaders from today's PDP participants.

The philosophy of the program is that leadership occurs at all levels and that optimal learning occurs through doing.

The PDP provides a way to transfer highly refined skills and talents to new situations, develop individual expertise and enhance the performance of the Marafiq's mission.

The individual who makes the personal investment necessary to participate fully in the PDP is better prepared for his future career demands and changes.

To provide the opportunity for individuals to prepare for future challenges and be effective leaders no matter what position they occupy.

Some individuals choose to develop managerial competencies in anticipation of future vacancies. Others concentrate more on honing their technical leadership skills.
