Independent Board Member

He currently serves as a part-time consultant, following an extensive executive career. He was the Chief Executive Officer of Tabuk Agricultural Development Company from 2019 to 2024 and previously served as Chief Executive Officer of the Saudi Fisheries Company between 2016 and 2018. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly two decades at Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC), holding various leadership positions, including General Director of Development and Research for Special Projects.

Mr. Fahad Al-Semaih holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from King Saud University, Saudi Arabia.
