System Technical Requirements

All interaction using the SAP Ariba is possible by following the below requirements. 

Suppliers trying to digitally update, respond or upload a file should follow the requirements of the system.

Minimum System Technical Requirements

Microsoft Windows 7 with 1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64) processor; 1 gigabyte (GB) RAM (32-bit) or 2 GB RAM (64-bit). We recommend that suppliers use Microsoft Edge or any updated browser.

Suppliers should perform Ariba transactions using a stable high-speed broadband connection with a minimum internet speed of 4Mbps.

Prerequisite System Settings
(Enable Cookies)

• Go to Tools > Internet Options.
• Go to the Privacy tab and click on the “Advanced” button in Settings.
• Tick on the checkbox, then click “OK.”
• Click "Apply," then click "OK" to close the Internet Options.

Enable Pop-ups

• Go to Tools > Internet Options.
• Go to the Privacy tab and check the Pop-up Blocker section.
• Make sure you DO NOT TICK the checkbox.

Enable Download in Microsoft Edge or any updated browser for Attachments

• Go to Tools > Internet Options.
• Go to the Security tab, then click on the "Custom Level" button.
• Scroll down till you see Downloads. 
• Enable the “Automatic prompting for file downloads.” 
• Click “OK” to activate the setting and exit Internet Options.

For Internet Explorer Version 8 and above, please click the “Compatibility View” button on the Address bar.

Remember to clean up your system regularly by deleting the browser history.
