His Excellency Khalid M. Al-Salem
His Excellency Engineer Khalid Mohammed Al-Salem has 34 years of experience in the private and government roles, including CEO of the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (MODON), and Acting Deputy Minister of Industry, Energy and Mineral Resources.
He is currently the President of the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu. He started his career as a Process Engineer in 1991 and, worked his way to becoming an experienced and well-known figure in the industrial and investment sectors in Saudi Arabia.
HE Engr. Khalid Al-Salem earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from King Saud University, Saudi Arabia. He went on to earn his MBA from Thunderbird University in Arizona, USA.
